Grading Separators

The next common application for sieving is usually grading of products into different sizes. For instance if you have a single product it can be separated into anything from 2 to 5 sizes determined by the mesh size on each screen. This can be achieved in a single pass within one machine with special galleries to deflect each separation into the centre of the next screen for optimum efficiency.

Product sieving is now an essential requirement in nearly all industries. To obtain a quality-controlled end product not only requires diligent ingredient choice but careful handling and processing. Removal of any substandard or unwanted matter is therefore a prime requirement.
