Sievmaster Rota Centrifugal Sifter

For users that require a screened product at very high throughput rates a centrifugal or rotary sifter can be used. These units are non vibratory machines that incorporate an auger type feed section that inputs powders into a helical paddle assembly which pushes the powder through a cylindrical mesh basket.

What does it do?
Non vibratory sifting of bulk quantities of powders
Can be used for lump breaking / kibbling of agglomerated material or food product e.g. honeycomb, toffee

How does it do it?
The material is fed into the auger feed screw
The product is then fed via the auger into the mesh cylinder and then blown through the screen by the helical paddle assembly.
The product is screened continuously and the oversize ejected out through oversize outlets at the end of the mesh basket
The liquid or dust is ejected out of the central fines outlet of the unit
