What does it do? 
Check sieving of almost any wet or dry material. Remove any unwanted debris or oversize material. Provides dust extraction point to protect operators from dust particulate.
How does it do it?
The material is fed onto the screen from sacks, containers or even scoops. All good product is vibrated through the mesh screen, any oversize material is retained on top. The oversize can be removed by hand or vacuum cleaner. The sieved product can be collected underneath into a tote bin, thru' a floor or conveyed to the next process.

Provides you with a quality assured, contaminant free product. Ensures you meet audit requirements for your customers. It conforms to EC directive 2002/72/EC and amendments up to and including 2005/79/EC (SI 2002 No. 2364). It can also help to aerate product to improve mixing, conveying times.
What else can it do?
Can discharge into any mechanical convey system. The unit is also widely used with vacuum conveyor systems. Fully installed dust extraction systems or stand alone extractors can be provide with the units. Optional rare earth underscreen magnets for ferrous material removal, this also comes with magnetic mesh.
