We can now supply almost any type of magnet you require for your process line. From simple single magnet bars to geared rotating magnet arrays within an enclosed box. Suitable for use with powders or liquids. We do not stock a standard range, other than for our sieving machinery, so each assembly can be tailored to suit your application & requirements. Our magnets are made from rare earth neodymium and are very stable and give a very long magnetic life. They can be supplied in many strengths but usually 7000, 9000, 11000 & 14000 gauss ratings. The magnetic parts are housed within a stainless tube, plate or bar. All of our sieving machines can be fitted with rare earth magnetic separators, mainly to stop any ferrous metal entering into production lines post screening. Not all the sieves can be fitted with magnets directly underscreen due to the large diameters of some of our units. It is not economical to make such large assemblies, in this case the magnets would be inserted after any discharge outlets inline with the product flow. The sieving range up to 600mm diameter are fitted with underscreen magnetic separators. These separators are made entirely from stainless steel, and are fully welded and polished to allow for easy cleaning and no product contamination between different batches. This was always a common problem with the old style polyprop grid housings. Our sieves that use direct underscreen magnets are: Sievmaster 500 - S bakery sieve Sievmaster 50 3in1 sacktip station Sievmaster Slimline sieve Sievmaster Vacuum sieve Sievmaster Easilift sacktip station For more information please contact us

Magnet strength can be measured using our pull test meter as seen below. This gives an accurate reading so you can monitor the magnetic pull of each bar. Click here to see the info sheet
