What does it do? Dewatering or dedusting of wet or friable dry material in a gentle linear vibratory action Acts as a conveyor whilst sieving the product How does it do it? The material is fed onto the end screen by manual or mechanical means. The product is vibrated along the mesh screen, the oversize material is retained on top and the dust or liquid falls through the mesh screen. The oversize & product is screened continuously and ejected out through oversize outlets at the opposite end to the infeed The liquid or dust is ejected out of the bottom of the unit How does it help you? Provides you with a quality assured product Provides you with a dry or dust free material without degrading any fragile product Alternatively it provides you with a filtered liquid or graded powder ! What else can it do? Available in 2ft x 1ft, 4ft x 2ft, 5ft x 3ft, 8ft x 4ft rectangular screen sizes.
