What does it do?
Check sieving of dry material within a dust free transfer / convey system
Remove any unwanted debris or oversize material
Protects operator and production environments from any airborne hazardous particulate

How does it do it?
The material is fed into the screen by suction from a pneumatic/vacuum transfer system
All good product is vibrated through the mesh screen, any oversize material is retained on top.
The oversize can be removed by an oversize dump valve outlet
The sieved product is then conveyed from the bottom of the sieve through a hygiene break or simply to the next process via the convey system
