What does it do?
Grading of wet or dry material providing up to 5 gades of product in one pass.

How does it do it?
The material is fed onto the screen by manual or mechanical means.
The product is vibrated through the mesh screen, any oversize material is retained on top.
The oversize is removed continuously through oversize outlets on the circumference of the unit
Product is introduced back into the centre of the next screen via an internal transfer chute
The machine can be changed between 1 and 4 screens as required by simply removing the band clamps on each deck
The internally centrally mounted motor means the material on the screen can be controlled to dwell on the screen as required producing a fast or slow spiraling action
