Im Vergleich dazu handelt es sich um ein kleineres, nicht automatisiertes und forschungsfreundliches System mit geringem Volumen. Das Herzst\u00fcck dieser Maschine ist ein Design, das das Sieben vereinfacht und ein schnelles und einfaches Pulververarbeitungssystem f\u00fcr kleinere Chargen von Metallpulver bietet.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Warum Sievgen 03 verwenden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zur Unterst\u00fctzung kleinerer Betriebe ist die SG03 eine \u00e4u\u00dferst flexible und zeitsparende Maschine, die einen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich hohen Durchsatz bietet, so dass es bei der Verarbeitung kleinerer Pulverchargen zu keinen Verz\u00f6gerungen kommt. Die manuelle Bedienung ist so einfach wie m\u00f6glich gehalten. Das flexible Design erm\u00f6glicht eine einfache Zerlegung der Teile und Reinigung zwischen Material- und Chargenwechseln. Die SG03 zeichnet sich au\u00dferdem durch eine Reihe weiterer Konstruktionsmerkmale aus, wie z.B.: flexibles Auslassdesign, das auf mehrere Anschl\u00fcsse zugeschnitten ist, werkzeuglose Reinigung (einschlie\u00dflich vollst\u00e4ndiger Demontage), auf der Galerie montierte Ultraschalltechnik, d.h. keine verklebten Teile im Produktfluss, eine versiegelte Umgebung, die das Risiko der Einbringung kontaminierender Partikel verringert, sowie eine stabile und mobile Konstruktion.  <\/p>\n<p>Kompakt, tragbar, einfach zu benutzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie es funktioniert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SG03 kann entweder mit 2-5-Liter-Flaschen geliefert werden oder f\u00fcr den Anschluss an diese Flaschen ausgelegt sein. Eine Flasche wird dann umgedreht und an den Einlass und eine andere an den Auslass unterhalb des Systems angeschlossen. Sobald die Ventile an beiden Flaschen ge\u00f6ffnet sind, kann der Siebvorgang beginnen. Um die 100%ige Effizienz zu erreichen, die ein Kunde wie z.B. eine Forschungseinrichtung w\u00fcnscht, verbleibt das \u00dcberkorn auf dem Sieb und kann zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt entfernt werden. Das verarbeitete Pulver wird in einem Beh\u00e4lter unter der Maschine gesammelt und kann dann wieder in den AM-Zyklus gegeben werden.    <\/p>\n<p>Sievgen-Systeme sind ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Effizienz und Durchsatz. Sie trennen das unbrauchbare \u00dcberkorn so schnell wie m\u00f6glich vom wiederverwendbaren Pulver, ohne dass wertvolles Produkt verloren geht.
