Das muss gerade der sagen…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Innovationen entstehen oft in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen sowie in den \u201eWerkst\u00e4tten\u201c der Industrie, und wir alle versuchen, unseren Teil dazu beizutragen, \u201e\u00fcber den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen\u201c, doch manchmal ist ein grundlegender Wandel noch keine Innovation.<\/p>\n

\u201eIndustrie 4.0\u201c ist eines der aktuellen Schlagworte in der Fertigungsbranche, doch im Gegensatz zur ersten industriellen Revolution wurde es nicht durch eine Innovation ausgel\u00f6st. \u201eIndustrie 4.0\u201c ist eine Denkweise, keine Erfindung wie die Spinnmaschine \u201eSpinning Jenny\u201c. Die technischen Grundlagen, d. h. Bluetooth, drahtlose Technologien usw., gibt es schon seit einiger Zeit, und bei Produktionslinien in Fabriken geht es lediglich um die Integration dieser Systeme und das Wissen, wie man die Daten nutzt, um eine effizientere Produktion zu erzielen. <\/p>\n

KMU, das R\u00fcckgrat der britischen Industrie, werden jedoch nicht die treibende Kraft sein, sondern m\u00fcssen sich auf gr\u00f6\u00dfere Akteure verlassen, um den Wandel voranzutreiben. Es gibt viele verschiedene Wege und Technologien, die diese \u201eKommunikation zwischen Maschinen\u201c erm\u00f6glichen, doch es sind diese gr\u00f6\u00dferen Akteure, die den k\u00fcnftigen Industriestandard festlegen werden. <\/p>\n

Kleine Unternehmen wie Farleygreene und Sievgen m\u00fcssen am Puls der Zeit bleiben und bestm\u00f6glich aufgestellt sein, um diese Technologie anzubieten, sobald Kunden sie ben\u00f6tigen. Kleinere Unternehmen m\u00fcssen offen genug sein, um mit anderen KMU in der Prozesskette zusammenzuarbeiten, damit das System als Ganzes wie eine einheitliche Kommandokette funktioniert. <\/p>\n

Hier bei Farleygreene und Sievgen bereiten wir uns auf diesen grundlegenden Wandel vor und stehen bereits mit verschiedenen Branchenexperten im Austausch \u00fcber die derzeit verf\u00fcgbaren Systeme. Die n\u00e4chste Generation unserer Siebsysteme soll \u00fcber eine Integration nach Industrie 4.0 verf\u00fcgen.
