Die beiden in Hampshire und London ans\u00e4ssigen Parteien werden zusammenarbeiten, um zuk\u00fcnftige Entwicklungen zu unterst\u00fctzen und zu f\u00f6rdern sowie ein besseres Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr zu schaffen, wie das Sieben von Zutaten die Qualit\u00e4t des Endprodukts verbessern kann.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eVon dem Moment an, als uns das Sieb von Farleygreene gespendet wurde, konnte ich mir die Vorteile f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler der B\u00e4ckereischule vorstellen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Devon Petrie, Dozent f\u00fcr Backtechnik. \u201eDie Zeitersparnis ist in der Branche von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert, und jede Maschine, die uns unterst\u00fctzt, Kosten senkt und Abfall minimiert, ist von sofortigem Nutzen. Wir haben einen Anstieg der Studierendenzahlen festgestellt, die das Sieb in den Modulen f\u00fcr Konditorei und Brot verwenden, da die Studierenden damit gro\u00dfe Produktionsmengen an Mehl oder Puderzucker sieben k\u00f6nnen, ohne sich k\u00f6rperlich anzustrengen oder gesundheitliche Risiken durch das Einatmen von Mehlstaub einzugehen. Dies ist definitiv ein unverzichtbares Ger\u00e4t in jedem Backwarenhersteller.\u201c <\/p>\n<p>\u201eFarleygreene ist stolz darauf, sein Wissen an junge B\u00e4ckerlehrlinge weiterzugeben\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Matthieu Philippault, Business Development Manager bei Farleygreene. \u201eNachdem ich vor einigen Jahren selbst die M\u00f6glichkeit hatte, einen Abschluss an der LSBU zu machen, wei\u00df ich, wie wichtig es ist, fr\u00fchzeitig Kontakte innerhalb der Branche zu kn\u00fcpfen. Ich hatte das Bed\u00fcrfnis, unser Unternehmen einzubinden, um etwas von dieser Erfahrung zur\u00fcckzugeben.\u201c <\/p>\n<p>Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Besuche an der B\u00e4ckereischule kann Farleygreene das Feedback der Sch\u00fcler, die das Produkt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nutzen, in die Forschung und Entwicklung k\u00fcnftiger Maschinen einflie\u00dfen lassen. \u201eDiese Zusammenarbeit mit Farleygreene verdeutlicht den Einfluss von Technologie und die Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr unsere zuk\u00fcnftigen B\u00e4cker\u201c, f\u00fcgt Devon hinzu. <\/p>\n<p>Die Vibrationssiebmaschine Sievmaster 200-S Artisan ist so konzipiert, dass sie direkt auf einem Beh\u00e4lter, einem kleinen Eimer oder einem gro\u00dfen Transportbeh\u00e4lter mit R\u00e4dern aufgesetzt werden kann. Die Zutaten k\u00f6nnen oben hineingesch\u00fcttet und direkt in den darunter stehenden Beh\u00e4lter gesiebt werden.
