En comparaci\u00f3n, se trata de un sistema m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, no automatizado, de bajo volumen y apto para la investigaci\u00f3n. El n\u00facleo de esta m\u00e1quina es un dise\u00f1o que simplifica el tamizado, proporcionando un sistema de procesamiento de polvo r\u00e1pido y sencillo para lotes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de polvo met\u00e1lico.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 utilizar Sievgen 03?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para ayudar a los establecimientos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, la SG03 es una m\u00e1quina muy flexible y eficiente en el tiempo, que ofrece un rendimiento excepcionalmente alto para que no haya retrasos en el procesamiento de lotes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de polvo. El manejo manual es lo m\u00e1s sencillo posible, gracias a un dise\u00f1o flexible que permite desmontar f\u00e1cilmente las piezas y limpiar entre cambios de material y de lote. La SG03 tambi\u00e9n cuenta con otras caracter\u00edsticas de dise\u00f1o, como: dise\u00f1o de salida flexible adaptado a m\u00faltiples conexiones, limpieza sin herramientas (incluido el desmontaje completo), ultrasonidos montados en galer\u00eda, lo que significa que no hay piezas adheridas en el flujo de producto, un entorno sellado que reduce el riesgo de introducir part\u00edculas contaminantes, y un dise\u00f1o estable y m\u00f3vil.  <\/p>\n<p>Compacta, port\u00e1til y f\u00e1cil de usar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo funciona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El SG03 se puede suministrar con botellas de 2-5 litros, o se puede dise\u00f1ar para conectarlo a ellas. A continuaci\u00f3n, se invierte una botella y se conecta a la entrada, y otra a la salida por debajo del sistema. Una vez abiertas las v\u00e1lvulas de ambas botellas, puede empezar el tamizado. Para permitir la eficacia del 100% que podr\u00eda desear un cliente como un centro de investigaci\u00f3n, el exceso de tama\u00f1o permanece en la malla y puede retirarse posteriormente.
