En comparaison, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me plus petit, non automatis\u00e9, \u00e0 faible volume et adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche. Au c\u0153ur de cette machine se trouve une conception qui simplifie le tamisage, offrant un syst\u00e8me de traitement des poudres rapide et facile pour les petits lots de poudres m\u00e9talliques.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi utiliser Sievgen 03 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour aider les petits \u00e9tablissements, le SG03 est une machine tr\u00e8s flexible et rapide, qui offre un d\u00e9bit exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9, de sorte qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de retard dans le traitement des petits lots de poudre. Le fonctionnement manuel est aussi simple que possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une conception flexible qui permet un d\u00e9montage facile des pi\u00e8ces et un nettoyage entre les changements de mat\u00e9riaux et de lots. Le SG03 pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un certain nombre d&rsquo;autres caract\u00e9ristiques, notamment : une conception de sortie flexible adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 de multiples connexions, un nettoyage sans outil (y compris un d\u00e9montage complet), des ultrasons mont\u00e9s sur la galerie, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de pi\u00e8ces coll\u00e9es dans le flux de produit, un environnement \u00e9tanche r\u00e9duisant le risque d&rsquo;introduction de particules contaminantes, et une conception stable et mobile.  <\/p>\n<p>Compact, portable, facile \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SG03 peut \u00eatre fourni avec des bouteilles de 2 \u00e0 5 litres ou peut \u00eatre con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 ces bouteilles. Une bouteille est ensuite invers\u00e9e et fix\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, et une autre \u00e0 la sortie sous le syst\u00e8me. Une fois les vannes ouvertes sur les deux bouteilles, le tamisage peut commencer. Afin d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de 100 % souhait\u00e9e par un client tel qu&rsquo;un \u00e9tablissement de recherche, la sur\u00e9paisseur reste sur la maille et peut \u00eatre enlev\u00e9e ult\u00e9rieurement. La poudre trait\u00e9e est recueillie dans un bidon situ\u00e9 sous la machine, pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9introduite dans le cycle AM.    <\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes Sievgen sont un \u00e9quilibre entre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9bit, s\u00e9parant la poudre inutilisable et surdimensionn\u00e9e de la poudre r\u00e9utilisable aussi rapidement que possible sans perdre de produit pr\u00e9cieux.
