Les deux entit\u00e9s, bas\u00e9es respectivement dans le Hampshire et \u00e0 Londres, travailleront ensemble pour soutenir et accompagner les d\u00e9veloppements futurs et mieux faire comprendre comment le tamisage des ingr\u00e9dients peut am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du produit fini.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab D\u00e8s l\u2019instant o\u00f9 Farleygreene nous a fait don de ce tamis, j\u2019ai pu imaginer les avantages que cela repr\u00e9senterait pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l\u2019\u00e9cole de boulangerie \u00bb, explique Devon Petrie, professeur de technologie boulang\u00e8re. \u00ab Le gain de temps est un atout incontournable dans ce secteur, et toute machine capable d\u2019apporter une aide, de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et de minimiser le gaspillage est imm\u00e9diatement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Nous avons constat\u00e9 une augmentation du nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudiants utilisant le tamis dans les modules de p\u00e2tisserie et de boulangerie, car il leur permet de tamiser de grandes quantit\u00e9s de farine ou de sucre glace sans effort physique et sans les risques pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019inhalation de poussi\u00e8re de farine. Les ingr\u00e9dients peuvent \u00eatre vers\u00e9s par le haut et tamis\u00e9s directement dans le r\u00e9cipient situ\u00e9 en dessous.
