Farleygreene and Abdie Solutions announce a new partnership aimed at providing complete bulk handling solutions to Scotland.
Farleygreene has been designing and building vibratory sieves for the last 42 years at their factory in Hampshire. They supply sieving, screening and grading solutions to some of the country’s largest food, chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Historically a small company, Farleygreene has recently experienced rapid growth both in the UK and internationally. To support this growth they teamed up with Perth based Abdie Solutions who have taken on distribution of their manufacturing equipment in Scotland.
Led by two directors, Roger Horner and Stewart Todd, Abdie has over 50 years combined experience providing bulk material handling systems to biomass plants, distilleries, ports and quarries. Their in-depth knowledge makes them the industry leaders in Scotland at sourcing and supplying parts, providing new and bespoke conveyor systems as well as delivering engineering solutions.
Combining both their specialities, the two parties will work alongside each other to provide complete bulk handling solutions to manufacturing companies based in Scotland.
“Abdie Solutions expertise coupled with the complementarity of their existing range made them an ideal partner for Farleygreene. Roger & Stewart are now forming an extension of our team in Scotland, joining our efforts to grow the local potential,” said Matthieu Philippault, Sales & Business Development, Farleygreene.
“This is a very exciting partnership. Farleygreene has an exceptional reputation in the industry. We’ve worked with their equipment for many years and are delighted to put their name alongside ours, recommending them to our clients,” adds Roger Horner, Director, Abdie Solutions.
