¿Qué es DOSC?
La opción DOSC (Disc Oversize Control) utiliza un diseño de placa y tapa sencillo, elegante e higiénico. Facilita al operario el ajuste del flujo de producto del material de gran tamaño que sale de la malla de cribado a través de la salida de gran tamaño. Creada para mejorar la eficacia del cribado y optimizar el control del rendimiento.
Se trata de una solución nueva y accesible que aporta numerosas mejoras. El DOSC se ajusta fácilmente, mediante una configuración rápida antes del funcionamiento, para permitirle seleccionar el producto de mayor tamaño previsto que se expulsará. Esta nueva función aumenta la tasa de rechazo de productos de tamaño superior al previsto y reduce el tiempo de permanencia del producto en la malla, lo que evita la rotura del producto y el desperdicio del producto final. Esto mejora la eficacia del producto y aumenta el rendimiento, ¡ahorrándole tiempo y dinero!
