What is the Sievmaster Easilift Sieve?

The Sievmaster Easilift range features a sack tip station, capable of handling large volume requirements.

Used together with the Slimline vibratory check screener, these machines have an inclined sack rest table for ergonomic bag tipping and a powered dust hood to minimise heavy lifting.

Up to 25kg of product can be dispensed at a time for check screening into containers, static weigh bins, convey systems or mixers.

These units are also available with a powerful dust extraction system (Local Dust Extraction System or LDEE) which works to draw dust away from the user and into a large filter within the hood of the machine.

The Slimline Easilift Range utilises a sack tip hood for emptying sacks or containers of dry powdered / granular material directly into a vibratory sieve for screening and separating product.

Flours
The Easilift range is available with an additional dust extraction system to further control dust generated whilst screening bulk quantities of flour.

Whey Powder
The Easilift is comprised of our highly efficient Slimline Sieve and pneumatically powered sack tip hood, ideal for dispensing large quantities of protein powders.

Sugars
Dispense large quantities of sugar for screening and sieving with the Easilift sack tip sieve. Available in two different sizes depending on requirements.

Milk Powders
The Easilift range offers an Ultra Hygienic model, designed specifically for the food and drinks industries where hygiene is imperative.

Tea Leaves
The Easilift range can be integrated with a vacuum transfer system for screening and conveying light, dusty product such as tea leaves.
